Global Gems Int Ltd’s operational, dedicated, and motivated management team are veterans of the Angolan political and socio-economic landscape. Experienced business associates agreed to take on the investment and operational strategy after an invitation to visit and inspect the Dala concession in 2016. They operated previously and successfully in Angola from 1992-2002.

With their successful track record and sophisticated knowledge of African mining, as well as,  practical expertise in logistics and building solid relationships with the State entities, a significant and competitive advantage was established. Complimenting the Global Gems executive is a renowned, consulting geologist whose expertise in the mining field is well documented.

Extensive executive-level entrepreneurial experience in Angola, West Africa, and South Africa, developing and succeeding in various projects from grassroots to completion.  Hands-on democratic management approach encouraging a team ethos.  Vast experience in corporate governance and initiating budgets with a sound fiscal discipline that enabled multiple projects in the diamond and other business sectors to succeed.

Considerable entrepreneurial management experience with a deep background in Military operations and logistics, and security management.  Hands-on approach with military precision and great attention to detail in the establishment and management of a mining base and the deployment and control of perimeter and internal diamond security.

Well established with significant knowledge received in Antwerp in diamond evaluation- color grading and polishing.  Over 40 years of experience and highly successful in the procurement and sale of rough diamonds. Well respected with extensive proficiency in the marketing and valuation of diamonds Worldwide.
